Poland – Construction work – Budowa dwóch budynków mieszkalnych wielorodzinnych wraz z infrastrukturą w Zabrzu przy ul. Modrzewiowej (działka ew. nr 3936/65)

The subject of the contract is: Construction of two multi-family residential buildings with infrastructure in Zabrze at ul. Modrzewiowa (plot no. 3936/65) along with obtaining the final and unconditional permit for the use of the buildings. Building characteristics:

- freestanding structures

- buildings are mirror images of each other

- each building contains 38 apartments with varied layouts and square footage

- buildings have 5 above-ground floors and one underground floor (garage)

- the footprint of each building – 749.16 m2

- the usable area of each building – 3,730.56 m2

- the volume of each building – 11,972 m3

- buildings are equipped with passenger elevators

- construction technology: traditional masonry with prefabricated elements.

As part of the contract, the Contractor will supply 2 brand-new, professional, battery-powered sweeping-collecting units intended for the mechanical cleaning and sweeping of garage floors in underground garages. The detailed scope of construction works has been defined in the project documentation, including the scope of works, the technical specification for the execution and acceptance of construction works, and the draft contractual provisions. The Contractor will be obliged to obtain all necessary approvals and carry out agreements, as well as to prepare necessary additional designs and documentation if their preparation arises during the implementation of the investment and is necessary for the proper implementation of the project and obtaining the final, unconditional permit for use.
