Consultation launched by a purchasing group. The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. The services are priced on a unit basis. The present framework agreement aims to acquire services for hosting, maintenance, support and assistance related to the online procedure management platform and user relationship management (GRU) based on the Publik solution, as well as all associated services necessary for its operation, evolution and maintenance in operational condition. This platform is a strategic component of the local authority's information system, intended for the digitisation of administrative procedures, the management of e-services, the improvement of user relations and the equipping of business services. The contract covers, in particular: - hosting of the platform in SaaS mode on dedicated infrastructure; - corrective, evolutionary, preventive and adaptive maintenance services; - user and administrator support; - functional and technical assistance; - development of new features and e-services; - evolution of Publik components; - user relationship management (GRU) services; - graphic integration and improvement of user experience; - training services; - studies, audits and expertise; - reversibility, portability and data restoration operations; - the possible provision of additional instances of the platform. The services will be remunerated by applying the unit prices set out in the price schedule to the quantities actually executed.
