Romania – Construction work of leisure facilities – Achiziția lucrărilor de execuție pentru proiectul “ÎMBUNĂTĂȚIREA INFRASTRUCTURII DE TURISM ÎN MUNICIPIUL DEJ, JUDEȚUL CLUJ”

The general objective of the project is to improve the tourism infrastructure in the municipality of Dej by developing relaxation areas located near the tourist resource. Through the proposed investment, UAT Municipality of Dej aims to improve the tourism infrastructure by developing the relevant relaxation areas located near the tourist resource Parc Balnear Toroc. The purpose of the investment is to increase the level of comfort at the level of the recreational base and the number of tourists in the municipality of Dej. The location designated for the investment is situated within the built-up area of the Municipality of Dej, Cluj County, str. Albăstrelelor, no. 3. The land with an area of 28,412.00mp, is the property of the Municipality of Dej, according to CF 62093. The construction falls under CATEGORY „C” OF IMPORTANCE (according to H.G. no. 766/1997 published in MO 352 of 10 December 1992) and CLASS „III” OF IMPORTANCE (according to Normativ P100/92). The number of days within which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders is 20 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification by the 12th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. For clarification requests received after the deadline indicated above, the contracting authority reserves the right not to respond.
