The procurement of Design and Execution Services for the Rehabilitation of the Clean Water Basin and related works on the Doftana River, Prahova County, in accordance with the specifications in the Beneficiary's Requirements. The investment objectives activities consist of: Object 1 – Rehabilitation of the clean water basin • Non-permanent accumulation – 1 unit, Vmax=261,500 m3; Object 2 – Rehabilitation of the supply conduit (relining) • Rehabilitation of the supply conduit by relining – L=1,450 m. a. Design and technical assistance - Design – technical assistance from the designer during the execution of the works - Design: Technical Design and execution details, including other necessary site studies for the preparation of the technical documentation, preparation of the Technical Documentation for obtaining the building permit (D.T.A.C.), as well as technical assistance from the designer during the execution of the works - Execution of works: Site preparation, Environmental protection arrangements and restoration of the site to its original state, Costs for the relocation/protection of utilities, Costs for the provision of utilities, Costs for the base investment, Site organisation, Costs for technological tests and trials and handover to the beneficiary. b. Execution of works - Ob.1-Rehabilitation of the Clean Water Basin: Site preparation, Environmental protection arrangements and restoration of the site to its original state, Costs for the relocation/protection of utilities, Costs for the provision of utilities, Costs for the base investment, Site organisation, Costs for technological tests and trials and handover to the beneficiary. - Ob.2-Rehabilitation of the supply conduit: Site preparation, Environmental protection arrangements and restoration of the site to its original state, Costs for the relocation/protection of utilities, Costs for the provision of utilities, Costs for the base investment, Site organisation, Costs for technological tests and trials and handover to the beneficiary. Any request for clarification must be submitted in SEAP (https://e-licitatie.ro/pub). The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders is 18 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The consolidated response to the requests for clarification will be posted in the "list of clarifications, notifications and decisions" section of the participation notice published on the site–ul http: www.e-licitatie.ro.
