Procurement of works for the basic investment of the project “Rehabilitation of Hala Minda – Multifunctional space dedicated to creative industries” The works have been designed in accordance with the legislation in force, HG 907/2016, and will be executed in compliance with the requirements of Law 10/1995, with subsequent amendments and additions, as well as the requirements of the Regional Programme West 2021-2027, specifically: PRIORITY 7: A REGION FOR CITIZENS SPECIFIC OBJECTIVE: RSO5.1_PROMOTION OF INTEGRATED AND INCLUSIVE DEVELOPMENT IN THE SOCIAL, ECONOMIC AND ENVIRONMENTAL DOMAINS, AS WELL AS CULTURE, NATURAL HERITAGE, SUSTAINABLE TOURISM AND SAFETY IN URBAN AREAS REGIONAL INTERVENTION: 7.1.B NEW EUROPEAN BAUHAUS The estimated value of the contract for the execution works for the investment objective: “Rehabilitation of Hala Minda – Multifunctional space dedicated to creative industries” is 27,423,292.20 lei excluding VAT and is composed of: Chapter 1 Costs for obtaining and arranging the land: 1.2 - Land arrangement - 1.3 - Arrangements for environmental protection and restoration to original state 1.4 - Costs for relocation/protection of utilities Chapter 2 Costs for ensuring the utilities necessary for the investment objective 2.1 Construction and related installations Chapter 4 - Costs for the basic investment: 4.1 Construction and installations 4.2 Assembly of machinery, technological and functional equipment 4.3 Machinery, technological and functional equipment that requires (partial) assembly Chapter 5 - Other costs: 5.1 Site organisation 5.1.1 Construction works and related installations for site organisation 5.1.2 Costs related to site organisation The number of days by which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications: 20 The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information regarding the award documentation at least 12 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
