Romania – Landscaping work for parks – Extinderea si modernizarea spatiilor verzi din centru orasului Siret si construire piste pentru biciclete

The contract's object is the extension and modernisation of several areas (green spaces, pedestrian alleys) in an advanced state of degradation located in the centre of the city of Siret and the transformation of these into functional zones (modernised green spaces and a car park). Duration of works execution: 12 calendar months; Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders: 23 days. The contracting authority will respond to clarification requests on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. Clarification requests or any other additional information must be transmitted obligatorily through SEAP, signed with an extended electronic signature, based on a qualified certificate, issued by an accredited certification service provider.
