Romania – Gas supply mains construction work – Servicii de proiectare, asistenta tehnica din partea proiectantului si executie lucrari in vederea realizarii proiectului „Infiintare retea distributie gaze naturale in comunele Scheia si Mironeasa din judetul Iasi”

The subject of the contract for works to be awarded consists of the provision of Design Services, technical assistance from the designer, and the execution of works for the implementation of the project "Establishment of a natural gas distribution network in the communes of Scheia and Mironeasa, Iasi County". The natural gas supply system for the communes of Șcheia and Mironeasa will include the establishment of the network in all localities of the communes. A. Pressure regulation and measurement station. Connections to the gas network The feasibility study considers technical and economic elements regarding the implementation of individual connections to the gas network, as these will be an integral part of the optimal functioning of the gas network, after the commissioned natural gas supply system. Thus, on the designed gas network, a number of 1775 connections are proposed (760 in the commune of Șcheia and 1015 in the commune of Mironeasa). The total length of the connection pipes, in the communes of Șcheia and Mironeasa, on the route of the designed network, is 17750 m and will be made of PEHD, SDR11, Dn 32 mm. In some places, the connection pipe will need to cross asphalted roads within the commune. These will be protected with a PEHD protection pipe, 150 mm. The total length of the crossings is 3550 m. In the end, the execution of an "intelligent" gas system, equipped with data transmission technology, is desired. 2. Road and valley crossings 3. Total duration of the implementation of the objective: 24 months, of which: 2 months (60 days) for design and 22 months of effective execution until acceptance upon completion of the works, as well as the warranty period of the works until final acceptance (36 months). The deadline by which the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information is 11 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. Number of days by which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications: 18 days.
