The subject of the contract is the design, technical assistance, and construction of a multifunctional educational complex in the Henri Coanda district, consisting of buildings for educational purposes with the following layout:

Building A – gymnasium – Sc = 1 770 m², Sd above ground = 5 825 m², height regime D+P+3E

Building B – kindergarten – Sc = 1 400 m², Sd = 4 085 m², height regime P+1E+2Er

Building C – sports hall and swimming pool – Sc = 1 265 m², Sd = 4 435 m² (including technical basement) height regime S+D+P+M+1E

GREEN PLANTED SPACES AT GROUND LEVEL WITH VEGETATION LAYER – 7 695.00 m² equivalent to approx. 45.80% of the land area

MULTI-SPORT FIELD AND PLAY AREA – 2 917.00 m²

ALLEYS + PLATFORMS – 1 750.00 m²

The multifunctional educational complex to be developed is proposed to be located in the western zone of the Henri Coanda district. The building-free land plot, with an area of 16 797 m², is intra-village and is owned by the Municipality of Bucharest and administered by the Local Council of Sector 1 Bucharest, having the use category: yards-constructions.

The contract duration of min. 80 months is composed of:

Design duration: maximum 8 months from the date of the design commencement order.

Execution duration of works: maximum 36 months from the date of the execution commencement order.

Warranty period granted to works: minimum 36 months from the date of acceptance upon completion of works, in accordance with the contractual provisions.
