The successful bidder selected through the concession procedure will be granted the right to retail sale of a range of jewellery and bijouterie, with the range being further specified in section IV.5 Technical Specifications of the Tender Documentation (hereinafter the “Concession”), and this subject to the conditions set out in the Tender Documentation and in the draft lease agreement for the use of the space for business activities and the provision of certain related services in the spaces which constitute Annex F of the Tender Documentation (hereinafter the “Agreement”) and further subject to the conditions set out in the other annexes of the Tender Documentation or the Agreement.
