The subject of each part of the public procurement is the conclusion of a contract with one supplier (without retendering) for the management, maintenance and cleaning of the "Na Bojišti" (Part 2 of the public procurement) and "Administrativní budova Sokolovská" (Part 1 of the public procurement) facilities, managed by the 200400 Technical Management of Facilities Department. The activities required for the performance of the contract are specified in more detail in the annexes to the tender documentation, particularly in the binding draft contracts for the performance of the public procurement, which form Annexes No. 2a and 2b to the tender documentation ("Contracts"). The public procurement is divided into 2 parts in accordance with § 35 ZZVZ, with regard to the possible different circle of suppliers and in the interest of increasing economic competition among suppliers.
