The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of reagents, controls, calibrators and consumable materials for immunochemical tests (hereinafter referred to as the goods) and the lease of 2 immunochemical analysers, a sample sorter, and 2 computer sets, a minimum of 2 air conditioners, and a UPS device and a water purification station for the analysers (hereinafter collectively referred to as the subject of the lease) for the University Clinical Hospital No. 1 named after N. Barlickiego, meeting the description and boundary parameters and in accordance with the assortment and quantities specified in the Price and Quantity Form, which is Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, in accordance with the Offer Form, which is Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and with the "Boundary Parameters" and "Evaluated Parameters" which are Annexes No. 1a1, 1a2 to the SWZ. The Contracting Authority does not accept partial offers. As part of the package, the Contracting Authority requires a full offer to be submitted, i.e. the offer must cover the entire subject of the contract in terms of assortment and quantity. Otherwise, the offer will be rejected as non-compliant with the terms of the contract. REASON: it is not possible to divide the contract into parts due to the compatibility of the reagents with the analyser.
