Romania – Construction supervision services – Servicii de supervizare Lucrări pentru obiectivul de investiții: „Modernizare și reabilitare Colegiul Național Ferdinand I Bacău” - Cod SMIS 356164

The subject of the present procurement is the acquisition of supervision services for the works within the project "Modernisation and Rehabilitation of Ferdinand I National College Bacău" - SMIS Code 356164. In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para. (2) of Law 98/2016, correlated with art. 103 para. (2) of Government Decree 395/2016, the contracting authority sets the following deadlines regarding requests for clarification: a) deadline for receipt of requests for clarification: 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders; b) deadline for the contracting authority to respond clearly and specifically to all requests for clarification: by the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
