The Municipality of Targoviste has signed the Financing Contract No. 220426 / 03.10.2025, registered with the Municipality of Targoviste under No. 113850/22.10.2025 within the "Program for Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy", Thematic Area "Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy" of the Swiss-Romanian Cooperation Programme aimed at reducing economic and social disparities within the European Union. The objective takes into account the price of public utilities (electricity, natural gas, fuel) which has been continuously increasing in recent times, consequently registering difficulties in financing current activities, as well as in managing the price of public utilities. Therefore, it is desired to reduce expenditure on utilities and decrease the degree of air, soil, and water pollution, all of which contribute to improving the quality of life for residents. The positive effect anticipated through the achievement of the investment objective would lead to a reduction in operating costs, having a positive impact on the budget management by UAT Municipality of Targoviste. The Targoviste Swimming Tourism Complex is located at Calea Ialomitei Street, No. 9, in the Municipality of Targoviste, Dâmboviţa County and is owned and administered by UAT Municipality of Targoviste. The intra-mural land belongs to the public domain of the Municipality of Targoviste according to the Land Registry No. 92953, with an area of 114.464 sq.m. The swimming pool on land No. 92953 has a built-up area of 4.410 sq.m., an area of 7.582 sq.m. Estimated value 224,659.21 lei without VAT. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/information submitted by the economic operators, by the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders, in accordance with Article 161 of Law No. 98/2016, corroborated with Article 27 (3) of Government Decree 395/2016, to the extent that these requests will be submitted up to the deadline of 17 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. Requests for clarification shall be transmitted in editable format.
