Germany – Architectural, engineering and planning services – Generalplanungsleistungen für den barrierefreien Ausbau von 36 Bushaltestellen und 67 Haltekanten

The contracting authority intends to achieve full accessibility at a total of 36 bus stops and 67 boarding edges in Bergisch Gladbach in accordance with the applicable legal and technical requirements. The subject of this tender is the provision of general planning services for the accessible renovation of the bus stops and boarding edges. Fördermittel according to the ÖPNV-Invest-RL of the Zweckverband go.Rheinland are to be used for the measure. It is therefore the task of the contractor to assist in the procurement of the Fördermittel and the preparation of the statement of use. The contractor will be commissioned in performance stages. The contracting authority will initially commission the contractor to provide performance stage 1. This includes the basic services as well as special services of performance phases 1-4. Performance phase 3 must be completed by 31.07.2027 and performance phase 4 must be completed by 31.09.2027. Stages 2 (LPH 5-7) and 3 (LPH 8-9) will be optionally commissioned and require the grant of the grant notice or the approval of the early start of the measure.
