Switzerland – Supporting services for the government – Gesuchsbearbeitung 2027-29 Luzerner Innovationsbeitrag (LIB)

The Raum und Wirtschaft (rawi) office of the Canton of Lucerne is tendering the external processing of applications for the Lucerne Innovation Contribution (LIB) for the contribution years 2027 to 2029. The contract includes receiving and administering applications, formally and materially examining the submitted documents, communicating with applicants, requesting additional information, ensuring quality, documenting the processing, and preparing the decision-making basis for the cantonal authorities. The expected volume is approximately 100 applications per year. The contractor must have proven experience in processing administrative procedures, case management, applying legal requirements, and handling high case volumes. The contract begins on 1 February 2027. The contract period ends on 31 December 2029 and can be optionally extended by a further year.
