Denmark – Printed matter and related products – Udbud af kontrakt vedrørende levering af biometriske adgangskort

The Danish Agency for International Recruitment and Integration (Udlændingestyrelsen) is to purchase biometric access cards for use in registering a resident's compliance with residence and/or reporting obligations at a deportation centre. The access cards must contain the resident's fingerprint in encrypted form, and the access cards may only be used by the resident whose biometrics have been captured on the access card. The contract includes the delivery of biometric access cards, including barcode cards, card readers and card issuance equipment, as well as training of staff in connection with the implementation of the technical solution. The tendered contract is not divided into sub-contracts, pursuant to the Public Procurement Act, section 49, subsection 2, as the contracting authority, based on the subject matter of the contract, assesses that the contract is not suitable for division, as it involves the delivery of biometric access cards and barcode cards to a single address of the contracting authority.
