GSD seeks a partner for the next 4 years for the supply, installation, commissioning, maintenance and control of the pumps. The contract includes the supply of pumps, controls and mechanical and civil parts for pressure irrigation and the supply of pumps and controls for the main pumps. GSD expects to purchase the described products over the entire duration (maximum 4 years) of the framework agreement with an expected value of approximately € 300,000 per year and approximately € 1,200,000 in 4 years. No rights may be derived from this. Maximum scope of the framework agreement: Given the uncertainty about the take-up of the number of pumps and parts due to unforeseen circumstances, the maximum scope of the framework agreement is € 1,500,000. Once this maximum amount is reached, the framework agreement will automatically end.
