This document is part of the tender documents for the SAS procedure (social and other specific services) with European announcement for the products Protected Housing, (independent) Protected Home and short-term stay for ten of the eleven municipalities in the Central Gelderland region. It concerns a procedure for social and other specific services with a selection and registration phase. For more information about the procedure, we refer you to paragraph 5.1 of this procurement document. Based on the data from the year 2024, the total costs for Protected Housing, Protected Home and independent Protected Home for the year 2025 are estimated at approximately € 31,322,000. For the estimation of the total contract value for the year 2025, we calculate with rounded € 30,000,000 per year. Since we cannot precisely predict which possible price increases, price decreases or increases or decreases in required capacity will occur during the term of the framework agreement, we use a margin of a maximum of 50%. The estimated maximum total contract value is then € 439,100,000 VAT. No rights can be derived from this estimate.
