The Contract concerns the supply of certified occupational health and safety services for the Contracting Authority. The Contract includes, at a minimum: 1. Absenteeism prevention and guidance; 2. Guidance in the context of the Gatekeeper Improvement Act; 3. Provision of (anonymous) occupational health consultations; 4. Support for safety and prevention, aimed at reducing sickness absence; 5. Communication with managers and employees about absenteeism and prevention; 6. Absenteeism administration and registration; 7. Support for strengthening the Contracting Authority's own management, including through an annual recurring absenteeism analysis with advice to the management, the Management Team (MT) and the works council (OR). For an organisation of approximately 615 employees.
