Germany – Helpdesk and support services – Erbringung von zentralen ServiceDesk Leistungen für die ARD, DLR und DW

The objective of the procurement procedure is the re-tendering of the central ServiceDesk in the ARD. The services to be provided essentially include the provision of a central 1st-Level telephone support (TS) and an on-site Field Service (FS) in the respective broadcasting institutions (RFA). The scope of services is described in detail in document 3. Fachlicher Teil / Leistungsbeschreibung. Due to the complexity of the project, based on the services to be provided and existing dependencies via the respective RFA, a framework agreement with a basic term of 48 months and four automatic extension options of 12 additional months to a maximum of 96 months is to be concluded.
