La Poste is seeking a service provider capable of deploying an offer of individual and collective remote managerial coaching (via videoconference and/or telephone), entirely managed via a digital platform. This platform must enable the manager and HR to be involved in defining and monitoring objectives (launch and review meetings), offer the employee a choice among several certified coaches, and provide self-assessment tools (including internal references and 360-degree evaluation) to structure development paths. The system must combine coaching sessions and complementary resources (e-learning, dedicated content), integrate pre- and post-path evaluations to measure progress, and a management dashboard (tracking registrations, attendance, objectives and subscription management). The platform may also offer AI functionalities to enhance support, as well as an automated notification system. A flexible, modular and quickly deployable offer is expected, with the possibility of using 100% AI coaching as a complement according to needs. The processing of La Poste's personal data, including hosting, backup and/or consultation, must be located within the European Union (EU), a country of the European Economic Area (EEA), or a country recognised as adequate by the European Union. The consultation dossier that will be sent to the selected service providers will specify the elements related to this requirement.
