France – Child daycare services – Accord-cadre pour la réservation de berceaux en crèches et services associés

This consultation aims to select the holder of the framework agreement for booking childcare places in crèches for the benefit of the company's employees across the entire Nantes metropolitan area, including:

- Booking and monitoring childcare places for employees

- Administrative support for families

- Management and monitoring of allocations

- Reporting to SEMITAN

The full details of the services are set out in the CCTP. This is a single-award framework agreement for services, with a minimum quantity of 12 childcare places and a maximum quantity of 150 childcare places, for the entire duration of the framework agreement (including renewals), in accordance with Article R. 2162-4 1° of the Public Procurement Code. This framework agreement will be executed as and when purchase orders are issued, in accordance with Article R. 2162-2, paragraph 2 of the Public Procurement Code.
