Romania – Overhaul and refurbishment work – Servicii de elaborare a documentației tehnico-economice la stadiul PT + DDE, asistență tehnică din partea proiectantului, execuție lucrări în cadrul proiectului cu titlul „Eficientizare energetica sala polivalenta in municipiul PIATRA-NEAMT”

The procurement aims to develop the technical design documentation (Technical Project, Execution Details and Specification Sheets) and to carry out the energy efficiency works of the Multipurpose Hall in the municipality of Piatra Neamț, in order to increase energy performance and reduce energy consumption. The number of days within which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting tenders: 30 days. In accordance with Article 160(2) of Law No. 98/2016 on public procurement (as amended by Government Emergency Ordinance No. 107/2017), corroborated with the provisions of Article 27 of Government Decision No. 395/2016, the contracting authority will respond to clarification requests (if these have been received in time), 20 days before the date set for the submission of tenders in the Participation Notice.
