Swedavia intends to procure a captive portal service with support for payment functions, authentication and user flows for guests, visitors and partners using Swedavia's existing guest Wi-Fi network. "In cases where tendering companies wish to use the European Single Procurement Document (ESPD), Swedavia will facilitate this by sending the document to the tendering company upon request. The document can then be completed and attached to the tender. The use of ESPD is voluntary."
