Description

The subject of this public procurement contract includes activities for the supply (sale) of net active electrical energy (low/medium/high voltage) from a standard balancing group coordinator, with full administration of the information flow with the ESO and assumption of the costs for imbalances of the Municipality of Pirdop's facilities. When executing the public procurement contract, energy monitoring should be carried out if necessary, with own or rented measuring and communication means, and the necessary schedules and reports should be presented to the Contracting Authority. The supply of electrical energy must be in accordance with the following applicable legal acts: the Energy Act (EA), the Rules for Trading with Electricity (RTE) and the Rules for Measuring the Quantity of Electricity (RMQE). The forecast electricity consumption for 12 months, the total cost and the monthly electricity consumption are indicated in the table provided in Annex No. 1.1, part of the Technical Specification. The Contractor supplies net active electrical energy and performs the functions of a balancing group coordinator for all facilities - low, medium and high voltage for the needs of all facilities of the Municipality of Pirdop, indicated in the table to the Technical Specification – Annex No. 1.1. The total forecast quantity for the supply of net active electrical energy for the Contracting Authority's facilities for a period of 12 /twelve/ months is ≈ 610,014 MWh, for 24 /twenty-four/ months is ≈ 1220,028 MWh, and with the included possibility for renewal for another 12 /twelve/ months is in the amount of ≈ 1830,042 MWh.
