The subject of the order is the 24/7 service of maintaining the continuous operation of the installations and devices supporting the infrastructure of the National Library Server Room in Warsaw at al. Niepodległości 213 (hereinafter also referred to as the "Maintenance Service"), and in particular, the 24/7 remote monitoring of the BMS system, the performance of maintenance and operational works, as well as the maintenance of continuous operation, including the elimination of breakdowns in the installations and devices supporting the infrastructure of the Server Room, as well as the maintenance of Environmental Parameters, in accordance with the Subject of the Order Description constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ (hereinafter also as: "OPZ" or "Order Subject Description"), together with Annex No. 1 to the OPZ – List of Elements covered by the Maintenance Service (constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ).
