The subject of the order is the implementation of the task entitled "Purchase of equipment for rescue operations" included in the national Programme for the Protection of the Population and Civil Defence 2025 – 2026, adopted by resolution No. 72 of the Council of Ministers of 27.05.2025, in the context of implementing actions in the field of population protection and civil defence, resulting from the Act of 05.12.2024 on the protection of the population and civil defence, in the scope covering the supply of devices in the form of power generators meeting the minimum requirements and parameters specified by the Contracting Authority on the basis of this procedure – within five separate parts of the order. The detailed specification of the subject of the order is contained in the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
