The subject of the contract is the supply, configuration, development, implementation, testing, user training, commissioning and provision of support and warranty services for an integrated IT platform intended for the digitalisation and optimisation of the contracting authority's administrative activities. The solution will include specialised software modules developed on the basis of COTS and DEV components, interoperability, data reporting and analysis (Business Intelligence) services, as well as data migration and integration necessary for the operation of the IT system. The contract includes all activities necessary for the delivery of a functional solution, in accordance with the technical, functional, security and interoperability requirements set out in the Statement of Requirements.
