France – Construction-site supervision services – OPC du projet d'amélioration du Terminal 2

Project Objective: The contract is initiated by Aéroport Marseille Provence, with the aim of appointing the OPC (Overseer of the Project) who will be in charge of the mission related to the modernisation works of the functions of Terminal 2 of Aéroport Marseille Provence. The project scope includes, in particular: - Modernisation of airport functions and reconfiguration of existing facilities on the City side - Modernisation of airport functions and reconfiguration of existing facilities on the Runway side - Modernisation of airport functions and reconfiguration of baggage handling - Reconfiguration of aircraft stands

The OPC will be entrusted with the missions of organisation, planning, coordination and management of the Terminal 2 Modernisation Project in the design study phase, execution study phase and construction phase:

Mission OPC in the design phase

- Involved in all design study phases (APS/APD/AVP/PRO), building permit (submission of a phased permit) and ACT,

- Establishment of the overall operation schedule,

- Responsible for the organisational and temporal aspects of the overall operation planning,

- Determination of detailed phasing schedules to visualise the spatial organisation of the works, operational continuity and operation planning in liaison with the Design Team,

Mission OPC in the Tender phase

- Drafting of the parts of the tender documents relating to deadlines, phasing of works, and constraints related to the site surroundings,

- Preparation of the tender documents within its scope and analysis of the offers of the companies,

Mission OPC in the implementation, pre-reception and commissioning phase

- Establishment of all necessary schedules for the operation for the site or for the client,

- Scheduling, coordination, control and management of execution studies and works,

- Spatial organisation of the works with a synthesis plan of the site installations

- Monitoring of client procedures, safety and security,

- Operational coordination of interfaces between all stakeholders in the operation,

Mission OPC Client

- Coordination of interfaces with the operational part of the airport between the various AMP and AMP client stakeholders,

- Acts as a coordinator to maintain the operational continuity of the services of the MOA and all the companies affected by the project, both in the design study phase and in the execution study and works phase.

- Ensuring continuous interface between the operational services of AMP and the OPC

- Preparation and management of intervention sheets dedicated mainly to the services and clients of AMP
