The procurement involves the establishment of a Dynamic Purchasing System for the procurement of SCADA and OT services. A new joint SCADA system based on the WinCC OA platform has been established. The further efforts include both the conversion of the remaining plants/stations of the Contracting Authority from the current SCADA solutions to WinCC OA, and supplementary OT services to support the operation, maintenance and further development of the Contracting Authority's OT platform and related OT systems across the Contracting Authority's supply areas. The Dynamic Purchasing System is divided into 3 categories: - Category 1: Conversion to WinCC OA - within the fence (production plants). - Category 2: Conversion to WinCC OA - outside the fence (stations/small plants on the distribution network) - Category 3: OT - software/service, hardware as well as operation and related services.
