Karvian Municipality invites tenders for the construction of the municipal building's roof and related LVI works according to the documents and plans. The contract involves the renovation of Karvian Municipal Building's roof, including demolition, construction and LVI works. The contract includes, among other things, the demolition of old structures and roofing, the construction of new roof structures and underlayment, the installation of new roofing and felting, the renewal of rainwater systems and roof safety products, as well as the necessary facade, LVI, protection, scaffolding, lifting, cleaning and ancillary works. The list provided above is not exhaustive and does not limit the scope of the contract. The contractor's obligation to perform includes all the works presented in the tender documents and plans to achieve the final result.
