The subject of the contract is the provision of services related to the collection and disposal of municipal waste and waste of a similar nature in accordance with the waste act, generated on the territories and in the facilities of the Silesian University of Technology (excluding residential buildings), located in Gliwice, Zabrze and Katowice. 2. Contract performance period (applies to parts 1, 2 and 3): Successively from the date of the contract, but not earlier than from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027 or until the contract price, referred to in § 2 para. 1 of the Draft Contract Terms, is exhausted, depending on which occurs earlier, with the reservation of § 2 para. 15 point 1) and § 8 para. 3 point 2) lit. e) of the Draft Contract Terms. 4. Information on expected contracts, referred to in art. 214 para. 1 point 7 of the act (applies to parts 1, 2 and 3): Within 3 years from the date of award of this basic contract, the Contracting Authority envisages the possibility of awarding the Contractor services contracts, consisting in the repetition of similar services to those included in the basic contract and consistent with its subject matter, in the event of a need for their performance, and the Contracting Authority will have the necessary financial resources. Contracts with a total value of up to 100% of the estimated value of the basic contract will each time be awarded at the discretion of the Contracting Authority, on terms agreed individually for each contract in the invitation to negotiate. The award of contracts will take place taking into account unit prices not higher than those offered in the basic contract, i.e. in accordance with the price calculation sheet of the tender. In the case of a contract awarded at least 12 months from the date of award of the basic contract, acceptance of unit prices higher than those in the Tender Form of the basic contract is permitted, provided that the Contractor proves a change in material prices or costs related to the performance of the contract.
