Poland – Refuse and waste related services – Odbiór i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych od właścicieli nieruchomości zamieszkałych na terenie Gminy Lipinki i PSZOK-u w okresie od 01.01.2027 r. do 31.12.2028 r.

The subject of the order is a service involving the collection of municipal waste from property owners located in the area of Gmina Lipinki and its management from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2028, collected by these owners, in accordance with the generally applicable law, including the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733 as amended), as well as the provisions of the regulation on maintaining cleanliness and order in the area of Gmina Lipinki and the collection and management of waste from the Stationary Point of Selective Collection of Municipal Waste, hereinafter referred to as “PSZOK”, located in the area of Gmina Lipinki, in accordance with the Resolution of the Council of Gmina Lipinki on the detailed manner and scope of providing services in the field of collecting municipal waste from property owners from the area of Gmina Lipinki and managing these wastes, in exchange for the fee paid by the property owners for managing municipal waste. 2. The detailed scope and manner of implementing the subject of the order is specified in Annex No. 11 to SWZ – detailed description of the subject of the order.
