Poland – Refuse and waste related services – Dostarczenie pojemników oraz odbiór i zagospodarowanie niesegregowanych (zmieszanych) odpadów komunalnych wraz z selektywną ich zbiórką z obszaru gminy Dmosin

The subject of the contract is the provision of a service for the collection, transport and disposal of municipal waste from the owners of residential properties and from properties where holiday homes are located, or other properties used for recreational purposes in the Municipality of Dmosin (hereinafter: the Municipality), as well as the collection, transport and disposal of municipal waste from the Mobile Point for the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste organised and operated by the Contractor. The Contractor has an obligation to collect all municipal waste placed outside the property/ generated on the above properties. The Contractor is responsible for the systematic collection of non-segregated (mixed) and selectively collected municipal waste according to the schedule, as well as for their transport and disposal in waste processing facilities to achieve recycling levels, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and to limit the mass of biodegradable waste sent for disposal in accordance with the provisions of the Act on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities, executive acts to the Act and the Regulation on maintaining cleanliness and order in the Municipality. As part of waste management, the Contractor is obliged to transfer the non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste and bio-waste collected from property owners directly for processing/disposal to the municipal facility. The Contractor is obliged to submit an agreement with the municipal facility for the acceptance of non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste and bio-waste, which constitutes municipal waste, collected from property owners covered by the subject of the contract. Estimated amount of municipal waste to be collected during the contract period – 1162.10 Mg. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, entitled: "Detailed description of the subject of the contract and the rules for the collection and disposal of non-segregated (mixed) and selectively collected municipal waste from the area of the Municipality of Dmosin" (SOPZ and Rules). The Contractor undertakes to support educational activities directly related to the proper disposal of municipal waste, in line with the local law in force in the Municipality of Dmosin by: a) preparing, as part of educational activities, articles for the Purchaser's website related to proper waste management – 1 time during the contract period. b) preparing colourful brochures (A4, min. 1 page) in a quantity of no less than 1500 pieces on the correct segregation of waste before placing it in the container, the reasons for which the correct segregation is indicated, the mistakes that residents make, the further procedure for waste collected and others, and delivering these brochures to residents - 1 time during the contract period. The place of performance of the subject of the contract is the area of the Municipality of Dmosin.
