This Call for Tender concerns the European public procurement Sanitary Facilities to which the most recent version of the Public Procurement Act 2012 (Aw-2012) applies. The procurement relates to the supply, management, maintenance and replacement of sanitary facilities for Stichting Samen Ambitieus Rotterdams Onderwijs (SARO), hereinafter referred to as the Contracting Authority or Client. The estimated value of this contract amounts to approximately € 3 million, excluding VAT, including the maximum duration of the agreement and all extension options. This estimate is based on SARO's historical expenditure, the current size of the organisation, the expected phased intake of locations and the assumptions of this procurement. This estimate is indicative and may deviate by ±30% as a result of changes in locations, student and staff numbers, usage intensity or other relevant circumstances. No rights can be derived from this estimate.
