The expansion of the E233 is one of the largest road construction and new construction projects in Lower Saxony. Over a length of 76.9 km, the existing federal roads B402, B213 and B72 will be expanded between the A31 to the west and the A1 to the east. This involves a motorway-like expansion to four lanes according to the specifications of the RAA (Guideline for the Design of Motorways) with the standard cross-section RQ28. The new cross-section of the E233 includes four lanes each 3.50m wide, a median strip incl. safety strip 5.00m wide, two side strips incl. safety strip each 3.50m wide as well as verges on both sides 1.50m wide. The planning and expansion of the E233 is divided into a total of seven planning sections. Planning section 8 is currently in the approval procedure. To coordinate the further construction processes and to efficiently manage them in terms of time, taking into account the existing traffic flows, the project promoter (NLStBV, regional office Osnabrück) requires a comprehensive and detailed construction schedule, the content of which is described in the following scope of services. The essential boundary conditions and constraints for the construction schedule are shown in the attached documents and must be taken into account accordingly in the construction scheduling. Deviations from the included concept must be agreed with the client in advance.
