Poland – Snow-clearing services – Zimowe utrzymanie dróg gminnych, wewnętrznych i powiatowych na terenie Gminy Masłów w sezonach zimowych 2026/2027 i 2027/2028

The subject of the contract is the winter maintenance of municipal, internal, and county roads in the area of Gmina Masłów for the winter seasons 2026/2027 and 2027/2028, including:

Scope 1: "Winter maintenance of municipal and internal roads in the area of Gmina Masłów for the winter season 2026/27 and 2027/28"

The scope of the contract specifically includes snow removal from roads and combating winter slipperiness on the roads indicated in the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract and the road list attached to the DDS. Snow removal and gritting will be carried out to a width of at least 90% of the actual road width. A sand-salt mixture with a composition of 85% sand and 15% salt will be used to combat slipperiness, with the possibility of increasing the salt content to 50% in extreme situations, such as black ice or freezing precipitation. The services will be provided on an intervention basis, in accordance with the needs and reports of the Purchaser. The contractor will ensure the readiness of equipment and personnel, with loading possible within 30 minutes and equipment departure within 60 minutes of receiving the report. The restoration of passability of all roads covered by the contract should take place within 24 hours from the cessation of snowfall or snowstorms. The contractor will be required to have at least 2 gritters, 2 snow ploughs with 2 carriers, and a loader or loader-excavator. The detailed scope and conditions for the implementation of the contract are specified in the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract.

Scope 2: "Winter maintenance of county roads in the area of Gmina Masłów for the winter seasons 2026/2027 and 2027/2028"

The comprehensive winter maintenance of county roads involves maintaining passability on county roads administered by the County Roads Authority in Kielce during the winter period in accordance with accepted standards, by combating winter slipperiness and snow removal on the roads of Kielce County (in the area of Gmina Masłów) and maintaining the technical and operational readiness of transport means along with the equipment intended for combating the effects of winter, which are the property of the Contractor. The Contractor will use their own material in the form of a sand-salt mixture in a weight ratio of 85% sand and 15% road salt. The Contractor will maintain a state of readiness to begin active action in the 2026/2027 season from the date of signing this contract until 30 April 2027, in the 2027/2028 season from 15 October 2027 to 30 April 2028, so that the full-scale commencement of active action takes place within 1 hour from the moment the circumstances justifying the commencement of the action arise, or within 1 hour for each resumption of a suspended action. The settlement of the winter road maintenance action will be based on the actual GPS readings and monitoring installed on the Contractor's devices (monitoring devices on the Purchaser's side).
