France – Commissioning of heating installations – EXPLOITATION DES INSTALLATIONS THERMIQUES DES BATIMENTS COMMUNAUX

This procedure concerns the supplies and services necessary for the operation of thermal installations in various municipal buildings. The base contract of the PFI (Forfaitary Service with Incentive Clause) type, includes services P2, P3:

- P2: Operation, management, maintenance, on-call duty, preventive and corrective maintenance services for heating, air conditioning, ventilation and hot water supply installations and related installations

- P3: Major maintenance and renewal of installations, with full guarantee and transparent management
