Finland – Occupational clothing, special workwear and accessories – Työ- ja suojavaatteiden hankinta 2026-2030

The subject of the procurement is the work and protective clothing for the Senate Group as well as related services. The supplier will provide the work and protective clothing used in the various tasks of the group, their delivery, fitting and measuring services, as well as the necessary minor repair and alteration work (e.g. shortening of trousers). The clothing will be procured from the supplier's ready-made collections, and the group's company-specific profiling will be implemented on them (e.g. prints and embroidery). Protective clothing must meet the protective requirements of the tasks, and work clothing must be suitable for use in cleaning and property services. The materials must be suitable for the intended use, safe for the user and resistant to industrial washing. Recycled materials can be used in the clothing. The procurement concerns the national use of Senate Properties and Defence Properties. The procurement is divided into two (2) sub-areas: 1. Work clothing, cleaning service area 2. Protective clothing. One (1) framework agreement supplier is sought for each sub-area. The estimated value of the procurement is 700 000 euros (0% VAT).
