Presidio Vigilanza Terminal di Verona

The Presidio Vigilanza Terminal di Verona is a security surveillance service for the Verona Terminal. The service includes the following activities:

1. Surveillance and control of the terminal area, including the access points and the perimeter.

2. Access control for authorised personnel and vehicles.

3. Patrols and inspections of the terminal area, including the buildings and the surrounding areas.

4. Emergency response and intervention in case of security incidents or emergencies.

5. Coordination with local authorities and other security forces.

6. Management of security-related documentation and reports.

7. Provision of security-related information and advice to terminal users.

The service will be provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for a period of 12 months, with the possibility of extension.

The contract will be awarded to the economic operator that offers the best value for money, taking into account the price, the quality of the service and the technical and professional capacity of the operator.

The estimated value of the contract is EUR 500,000.

The deadline for the submission of tenders is 15.00 hours on 15.02.2024.
