The present tender concerns the supply, operation, maintenance and support of an emergency call and sensor solution, as well as the associated equipment for Lyngby-Taarbæk Municipality's four care homes, Baunehøj, Bredebo, Solgården and Virumgård. The emergency call and sensor solution is to be used for approximately 450 care home residents and approximately 495 employees distributed across 4 care homes. The customer wishes to procure, with the forthcoming Contract, a future-proof, coherent emergency call and sensor solution that will contribute to increasing patient safety as well as the safety of employees at the care homes. The customer's intention with the procurement is to optimise and modernise the citizen-oriented care work at the care homes and to ensure a safe working environment for the staff. The customer wishes for a solution that can advise staff about both actively and passively triggered emergency calls in relation to incidents, for example when a resident activates an emergency call or a multifunctional sensor registers a fall or prolonged inactivity. The solution is also expected to be able to advise staff about potentially imminent incidents such as expected falls or atypical and potentially inappropriate behaviour among residents. Furthermore, the customer expects the solution to provide the possibility for staff to carry out time-limited digital monitoring of residents in order to avoid unnecessary physical checks, which can risk disturbing a sleeping resident, for example. The customer's ambition is that the requested solution will contribute to creating greater security among the care home's residents and free up time and resources for the staff. The emergency call and sensor solution includes: • Multifunctional sensor for digital monitoring in selected residents' homes • Resident emergency and service calls at care homes. • Dementia safeguarding of care homes with automatically generated alarms when a resident passes building sections, exterior doors and property boundaries. • Staff safeguarding with assault alarm and colleague assistance for staff at care homes. • Positioning at zone level. • App solution for smartphone and tablet (IOS/Android) for receiving alarms. • Maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment and administration system. • Possibility to purchase the following as an option: o Person-borne alarm call with GPS (Dementia safeguarding). The requested emergency call and sensor solution thus includes necessary and relevant equipment and infrastructure elements as well as activities related to the implementation, setup and maintenance of equipment. The emergency call and sensor solution further includes the customer's access to independently administer and configure the solution via a suitable administration module.
