Tender concerning WAN services and ongoing operation, service and support for Region Hovedstaden and Region Sjælland (future Region Østdanmark). The tender is conducted as a public tender with negotiation of a single public contract for the regions. "Tender with negotiation" includes a qualification phase (pre-qualification), submission of initial tenders (and possibly revised negotiation tenders), negotiations and submission of a final tender. Only pre-qualified tenderers, at the contracting authority's request, may submit tenders. In the negotiation phase, the initial tenders and any revised negotiation tenders submitted by the pre-qualified tenderers form the basis for the subsequent negotiations. The contracting authority will, when the negotiation phase is completed, request the tenderers who have participated in the negotiations to submit a final tender.
