Switzerland – Printing paper – EPFL - Contrat-cadre - Fourniture de papier d’impression (2027-2030)

The EPFL wishes to find a preferential partner to supply it with printing paper for the next four years, with the possibility of an additional one-year extension. This is not a one-off purchase, but a contract aimed at covering recurrent services over several years. To this end, the EPFL intends to conclude a framework contract with a successful tenderer. The contract covers six types of paper listed below. Bidders must be able to offer all the papers requested; partial offers are not allowed. The 6 types of paper are:

* "Satin" paper: This paper must meet the archival standard ISO 9706 and/or DIN 6738 (paper aging).

* Recycled white / uncoated paper: This paper must meet the archival standard ISO 9706 and/or DIN 6738 (paper aging).

* Recycled classic / grey / uncoated paper

* Cream-coloured / natural / uncoated paper

* High-quality large paper / uncoated

* Semi-matt / coated paper

All these papers must be able to be delivered either in reams, in cardboard, or in bulk. Transport unit is included (pallets, racks, etc.). Please consult the tender specifications for more information.
