The contract is a consultancy assignment that involves participation in the planning of the production phase and acting as a construction manager for both road and rail-related projects. This means that the consultant will work as a resource reinforcement in the client's project organisation. The assignment is to be carried out by one person. The place of performance is at the project office in Uppsala, but the project organisation meets at the project office in Solna for two days per month.
