Poland – Natural gas – Dostawa obejmująca zakup i świadczenie usługi dystrybucji paliwa gazowego w postaci gazu ziemnego wysokometanowego typu E w roku 2027 dla 77 jednostek organizacyjnych i spółek Gminy Miasta Częstochowy na potrzeby eksploatacji budynków, lokali i obiektów użytkowych.

The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply, including the purchase and provision of the service of distributing gaseous fuel in the form of high-methane natural gas type E in 2027 for 77 organizational units and companies of the Municipality of Częstochowa for the operation of buildings, premises and utility facilities. The scope of the contract includes the sale and provision of the service of distributing gaseous fuel to: I. gas collection points – for buildings, premises and utility facilities, for which the payers of gas invoices are the following organizational units and companies of the Municipality of Częstochowa, qualifying as recipients considered in art. 62b para. 1 point 2 of the Act of 10 April 1997 – Energy Law; II. gas collection points – for buildings, premises and utility facilities, for which the payers of gas invoices are the following organizational units and companies of the Municipality of Częstochowa, qualifying as recipients not considered in art. 62b para. 1 point 2 of the Act of 10 April 1997 – Energy Law. Estimated quantity: 128 gas collection points. The list of collection points along with the settlement conditions is specified in Annexes No. 1 to the contract templates, which are Annexes No. 1, 2 and 3 to the SWZ. In the event of a change in the number of collection points or a significant change in the capacity of the collection points during the validity of the contract, Annex No. 1 to the contract will be changed without the need to renegotiate the contract terms. The change of Annex No. 1 to the contract does not constitute a change in the contract terms. The natural gas should meet the technical standards in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law and the executive regulations to this Act and the Polish Standards. The current seller of natural gas for the contracting authority is Unimot Energia i Gaz Sp. z o. o. For all collection points, the Operator of the Distribution System is Polska Spółka Gazownictwa Sp. z o. o. Branch Gazowniczy Plant in Zabrze.
