Poland – Construction work – Budowa siedziby Zarządu Dróg Powiatowych wraz z infrastrukturą towarzyszącą

The subject of the order is the construction of the County Roads Authority headquarters along with technical infrastructure. As part of the subject matter, on the land of part of the plots with cadastral number 143206_5.0030.5/16 located in Ożarów Mazowiecki, Ożarów Mazowiecki municipality, the following must be carried out: •construction works related to the construction of an administrative building, a workshop-garage building, a salt storage building, covered and uncovered shelters, fences; •construction works related to the construction of new connections; •construction of non-drainage tanks for sewage; •construction of a retention tank; •construction of a fire tank; •finishing works in the aforementioned buildings along with internal installations and partial equipment; •supply and installation of OZE installations (photovoltaics, heat pump); •supply and installation of a weather station, vehicle scale, flagpoles, power generator; •road works (parking lots, sidewalks, driveways, fencing, bollards, gates) in accordance with PZT; •partial tree and shrub cutting, replacement planting in accordance with PZT. The detailed description of the subject of the order is contained in Annex No. 12 to SWZ. The implementation of the entire task has been divided into construction works carried out within the framework of the basic order and the right of option.
