The German Electron Synchrotron DESY is a research facility with locations in Hamburg and Zeuthen (Brandenburg). On the DESY - Campus site in Hamburg, the new construction of an Integrated Technology and Start-up Centre (ITGZ I) is being built as a location for innovation projects with a flexible and multifunctional research and communication centre. The project is part of the development area "Science City Hamburg Bahrenfeld". Building dimensions: Building width approx. 31.50 m, Building length approx. 81.50 m, Building height approx. 14.1 m or 32.70 m (tower area). No basement. The building is divided into a 3-storey plinth zone with a height of approx. 14.10 m above ground level and a 6-storey tower area with a height of approx. 32.70 m. The overall dimensions are approx. 81.50 x 31.50 m. The total size of the developed construction site is approx. 6,050 m2. The subject of this tender is carpentry work - Fixed installations: kitchens, counters, bistro counters, wall and ceiling cladding.
