1. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex 1 to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract with annexes (OPZ). 2. The subject of the contract is the service of successive takeover and further management in the waste recovery process with the code 19 12 12 – other waste (including mixed substances and items) from mechanical processing of waste other than those mentioned in 19 12 11 originating from the processing of bulky waste in an amount not exceeding 4000 Mg. The service includes: 1) acceptance and transport, possible collection (as an element of the logistics chain for waste management by the contractor) and management through the recovery of waste with the code 19 12 12. 2) services provided on the above waste fraction in an amount not exceeding 4000 Mg in the period from the date of the conclusion of the contract to 31.12.2027 or until the maximum contract value limit is reached. The contracting authority guarantees the implementation of the contract at a minimum of 20% of the volume of the ordered waste.
