Poland – Furniture (incl. office furniture), furnishings, domestic appliances (excl. lighting) and cleaning products – Dostawa sprzętu polowego

The subject of the contract is the supply of field equipment. The detailed scope and conditions for the execution of the contract are set out in the following documents:

- description of the subject of the contract,

- draft contract,

- commercial offer,

- warranty document,

- templates for acceptance and handover protocols,

- list of delivery locations for field equipment,

- product card template.

The above documents are annexes to the SWZ and are an integral part of it. The Purchaser, in accordance with Article 441(1) of the Act, reserves the right to exercise the option. The option covers the purchase (procurement) depending on the current needs of the Purchaser and the financial resources available. The execution of the optional contract will take place at the same unit prices as in the basic contract, in accordance with the commercial offer submitted by the Contractor.
