Description
4.1. The subject of the contract is the supply and installation of vocational workshop equipment for the project - Integrated development of vocational education in Racibórz County in the direction of regional smart specializations - supply and installation of equipment for the workshop of CKZiU No. 1 in Racibórz. 4.2. The contracting authority, in accordance with Article 91(1) of the Pzp Act, allows for the submission of partial tenders, divided into 8 parts, as follows: 1) Part 1 of the contract - Computer equipment, which includes: 34 computers with software for students; 1 computer with software for the teacher; 35 monitors; 35 sets of computer accessories. 2) Part 2 of the contract – VR goggles with controllers, which includes: 12 sets of VR goggles with controllers. 3) Part 3 of the contract – Interactive monitors, which includes: 1 interactive monitor with a minimum diagonal of 98”; 1 interactive monitor with a minimum diagonal of 65”. 4) Part 4 of the contract – Printing devices and scanners, which includes: 2 multifunctional devices. 5) Part 5 of the contract – Projector 6) Part 6 of the contract – 3D printer 7) Part 7 of the contract – Furniture for specialist workshops, which includes: 24 student desks; 24 student chairs; 1 teacher's desk; 1 swivel chair for the teacher; 8 laboratory workstations; 8 laboratory stools; 2 metal cabinets; 1 cabinet under the 3D printer. 8) Part 8 of the contract – Microscopes, bacterial colony counter, set of preparations, which includes: 8 laboratory microscopes; 1 microscope with a camera; 4 bacterial colony counters; 8 sets of microbiological preparations. 4.3. The material scope of the contract for all parts of the contract includes 1) The subject of the contract includes the delivery of equipment, software, licenses, rights and other elements, within the deadlines, quantities and specifications specified in the SWZ, the contract, the annexes to the contract and the tender, to the place indicated by the contracting authority, as well as – depending on the type of equipment in question – its unpacking, setting up, installation, configuration, test run and training for the contracting authority's staff in the basic operation. 2) The supplied equipment must be factory new, functional, unused, not exhibited at exhibitions or trade fairs, undamaged, non-regenerated, not from resale, free from physical and legal defects and not burdened with the rights of third parties. The equipment must be safe, complete and ready for use without the need for the contracting authority to make additional purchases, unless the OPZ explicitly states otherwise. 3) The contractor will ensure packaging and transport in a manner that protects the equipment from damage, deterioration in quality or loss of useful properties. The risk of damage to the subject of the contract until the acceptance protocol is signed is borne by the contractor. 4) The equipment will be marked in accordance with the applicable regulations, in particular in the scope of safety signs, CE marking and other markings required for the given type of product, if applicable. 5) The contractor will provide the contracting authority with operating instructions, user documentation, warranty and service documentation in Polish, and if the manufacturer provides instructions in electronic form – will indicate the web addresses from which they can be downloaded. 6) For software, the contractor is obliged to grant the contracting authority a license or transfer to the contracting authority the licensing rights in accordance with the manufacturer's licensing rules, to the extent that enables legal use of the software for the required period, on the required number of workstations or by the required number of users. 7) The supplied equipment, to the extent resulting from its nature and purpose, should meet the requirements of accessibility for people with special needs, as referred to in Article 100(1) of the Pzp Act. 8) The contractor undertakes to remove at its own cost all damages caused by the contractor or persons used by it in the performance of the contract, which arose during the performance of the delivery, assembly, installation or configuration. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, the scope, type and quantity of deliveries, warranty, service conditions, technical parameters are specified in Annex No. 1 (Parts 1-8) to this application and in the Contract Project - Annex No. 2 to this application.
